Q: How often do you clean?
A: We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleanups. If you need more frequent visits, we can come up with a plan to accommodate you.

Q: Do you offer one-time cleanups?
A: Yes! Our one-time deep clean tackles any accumulated waste, leaving your yard spotless. Perfect for before outdoor events!

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?
A: If you need to reschedule or cancel service, give us a 24 hour notice before next service day and we will cancel or change your scheduled service. Please review our Terms of Service for more details.

A: Cash, Check (updated with proof of ID), Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Service Details

Q: Do you provide services for commercial properties, HOAs, or apartment complexes?
A: Yes! We work with property managers, HOAs, and business owners to keep shared spaces clean. Contact us to discuss a customized cleanup plan.

Q: Do you clean during bad weather?
A: We do operate rain or shine, however, if severe weather or unsafe conditions force us to reschedule, we’ll let you know ASAP.

Q: What do you do with the waste?
A: To help maintain cost efficiency and reduce the spread of harmful pathogens, we dispose of your dogs poop on-site. Please provide access to trash facilities on day of service. If trash facilities cannot be safely accessed on day of service, we will leave your dog poop bags in a designated location on-site of your choosing.

Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: No, if you prepay for service or use a digital method of payment, you do not need to be home. If you prefer to use cash or check, please have someone available to complete payment day of service. If you are not going to be home, dogs must be kept indoors for safety reasons. If we are unable to safely access your yard during scheduled service times, you will still be responsible for paying for service in full.

Q: What if my dog is outside when you arrive?
A: I would love to meet your dogs! I do not mind working with friendly dogs in the yard. For everyone’s safety, please secure aggressive or non-friendly pets indoors during our visit. We love your furry friends but need to focus on the task at hand and safety is our top priority! If your dog is non-friendly and in the yard when we arrive, we will call you. If we are unable to safely access your yard during scheduled service times, you will still be responsible for paying for service in full.

Q: Do you sanitize your tools between jobs?
A: Yes, we disinfect our equipment and shoes between each home with veterinarian approved, kennel grade cleaning solutions to prevent the spread of harmful pathogens and ensure a safe, clean environment for your pets and family.

Pet & Property Safety

Q: Will you clean my yard if I have other animals (besides dogs)?
A: We only scoop dog poop.

Q: What if my yard is overgrown or has excessive waste buildup?
A: If your yard is overgrown, we will assess your yard and give you a customized quote. We understand that sometimes things get a little out of hand, we will work with you to find a solution that fits everyone.

Q: What if I have a locked gate?
A: If you have a locked gate, we will call you to unlock it for us. If you are not home and we cannot access your yard, you are still responsible for payment in full.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the service?
A: We take pride in providing high-quality service, but if you're not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours of your visit. We'll return to address any concerns at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority!

A: Nope! You pay after each service visit, keeping payment options simple and flexible. For long-term clients, we can tailor a long-term commitment option that is right for you.
