Welcome to Tidy Paws! We’re here to keep your yard clean, your pets happy, and your life a little easier. By using Tidy Paws’ services, you automatically agree to the following terms below.


Services We Provide

Tidy Paws specializes in professional dog waste removal services. Let us handle the dirty work while you and your pup enjoy a clean, safe yard!

Scheduling & Access

Services are performed weekly or as otherwise agreed.

Please ensure we have safe and easy access to your yard on service day (e.g., unlock gates, secure pets indoors).

To help us eliminate extra dump fees, you’ll need to provide access to an outdoor trash bin for poop disposal.

Client’s Responsibility for Yard Conditions

We want everyone to stay safe and happy! To ensure a smooth service, please make sure the area we’re working in is free from any and all hazards, like sharp objects or hidden holes. If we find anything that could pose a risk, we may need to reschedule to keep everyone safe and sound. We ask that you keep your yard mowed to a respectful length. Yards that are deemed unmanageable will be subject to additional fee or cancellation of service without guarantee of full refund if we cannot perform our service appropriately. 

Payments

Payment is due on the same day as service.

Accepted payment methods include cash, personal checks (see our Check Payment Policy), and digital payment options (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Tap to Pay, and Zelle).

Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee, and future payments will need to be made with cash or digital payment. Please review our Check Payment Policy before using checks.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue discount programs at any time. Referral discounts are applied after the referred client completes their first service.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged.

If we are unable to safely access your yard during scheduled service times, you will still be responsible for paying for service in full. This includes gates being locked or aggressive pets in the yard or any other obstacles that may be deemed unsafe for our team.

Weather Policy

Rain or shine, Tidy Paws is on the job! If severe weather or unsafe conditions force us to reschedule, we’ll let you know ASAP.

Safety & Liability

For everyone’s safety, please secure aggressive or non-friendly pets indoors during our visit. We love your furry friends but need to focus on the task at hand and safety is our top priority!

Tidy Paws is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or behavioral incidents involving your dog. This includes accidents, illnesses, death or damages that occur before, during, or after our service, unless caused directly by our negligence.

Tidy Paws isn’t responsible for damage to vehicles, buildings, structures, fencing, decks, patios, lawns, landscaping, or any outdoor items caused by normal wear and tear or pet waste.


Dispute Resolution

In the rare case that something isn’t quite right, we’re committed to working together to find a solution. We’ll first try mediation to resolve things calmly and fairly. If that doesn’t work, we may proceed with arbitration as a peaceful alternative to going to court. We’re all about finding pawsitive solutions!

Service Availability Disclaimer

We always strive to be there when you need us, but sometimes life throws a curveball. Whether it’s extreme weather, an unexpected emergency, or something beyond our control, we may need to adjust our schedule. If there’s a delay, we’ll reach out right away to let you know and reschedule as quickly as possible.

Third-Party Links or Services

To make sure we’re providing the best service possible, we sometimes rely on trusted third-party tools for payments, scheduling, or other tasks. While we choose these services carefully, please be sure to review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your information.

Temporary Modifications to Services

Life is unpredictable, and sometimes you need a little extra help! If you’d like to modify your service (like adding a one-time deep clean or special request), just let us know. Any changes to the usual service may come with an additional charge, but we’ll make sure you know the details upfront—no surprises, promise!

Got a new pup or need a one-time deep clean? Let us know! Pricing may adjust based on these changes.

Price Match Guarantee

At Tidy Paws, we are committed to providing high-quality pet waste removal services at competitive rates. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures you get the best value for your money. If you find a lower price for a comparable service from a local competitor, we will match it—no hassle, no stress.


How It Works:

1. Eligibility:

• The competitor must be a licensed pet waste removal business servicing Camano Island or Stanwood.

• The service must be identical in frequency, yard size, and number of dogs.

• The price match request must be submitted before booking or within 7 days of service.

2. How to Request a Price Match:

• Provide proof of competitor pricing, such as:

• A screenshot of their pricing (with a visible date)

• A link to their website showing the pricing

• A written quote or invoice from the competitor

• Submit your request via our website contact form or email

3. Exclusions:

• Limited-time promotions, introductory offers, bundled services, or membership discounts

• Prices from businesses that are not licensed or insured

• One-time deep cleanings or specialty services

4. Verification & Approval:

• We will review the competitor’s pricing within 1-2 business days.

• If eligible, we will match the price and adjust your service cost accordingly.

Tidy Paws reserves the right to decline any price match request that does not meet these criteria.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re here to make tails wag and keep yards tidy! If you’re not happy with our service, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.

Termination of Services

Either party can cancel services with written (Email) notice. If client cancels service within 24 hours of scheduled service, client may be held responsible for payment in full.

Non-payment, repeated cancellations, or failure to provide safe access may result in service termination.

Updates to Terms

Tidy Paws reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. We promise to keep you in the loop about any major changes! Please make sure email is up to date for the latest and greatest news and updates.
